Deposit & Cancellation Policy.
New colour guests in order to secure your appointment with Cleaver & Co. Hair, we require a deposit to be paid at the time of booking. The deposit may be paid by Credit Card over the phone and is held against your booking as a credit towards that appointment and is non refundable.
We kindly ask you confirm your appointment within 24 hours; failure to do so may result in your appointment being forfeited.
