Booking Policy

We kindly request that you carefully review the following information before making an appointment to ensure we are aligned.

Deposit policy

To ensure the smooth operation of our salon and to provide the best service to all our valued clients, we kindly request a deposit of $100 for all colour appointments. This deposit secures your booking and allows us to allocate the necessary time and resources for your visit.

Please note that while this deposit is non-refundable, it is not an additional charge. The amount will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment, making it part of the overall cost.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to fill your vacated spot and helps ensure our schedule runs efficiently. If you provide us with prior notice within this timeframe, your booking fee will be carried forward to your new appointment.

Please be aware that any haircut appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the appointment fee. This amount will be added to your future appointment.

We understand that unexpected may arise. While we empathize with these circumstances, it is important for us to balance compassion with the need to maintain the financial stability of our business. Additionally, this policy ensures fairness to other clients who may have been unable to secure an appointment due to our fully booked schedule. Therefore, we kindly request that you contact Cleaver & Co. Hair in advance to notify us if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Your cooperation and consideration are greatly appreciated. By adhering to these policies, you help us maintain a high level of service while respecting the needs of all our clients and supporting the sustainability of our small business.

Changing of Appointment

If you’re still enjoying the freshness of your colour and loving your previous cut, that’s wonderful! Should you wish to modify your booked services, we kindly ask that you inform us before your appointment. Our stylists allocate specific time slots for each service, and changes made on the day of your appointment without prior notice will be treated similarly to cancelling a booking.

If a service is dropped on the day of your appointment, an additional charge of $100 or 50% of the cost of that service (whichever is lower) will be added to your invoice. This policy ensures fairness and helps us manage our schedule effectively.
